Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship throughout Panama and internationally to the United States, Canada, most of Europe, and selected countries in Asia and Oceania. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Panamanian public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Panama: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs inspections are outside our control.

How we pack cards

Every card ships protected. Raw singles go in a penny sleeve and toploader or card saver, then into a rigid mailer. Graded slabs are wrapped and boxed. Sealed product ships in a box sized to prevent movement. High-value orders ship with tracking and insurance.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge. We declare the accurate value on all shipments.

Local pickup

You can collect your order from our shop at Paseo de la Iguana, Panama City. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will email you when the order is ready.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at admin@mercadopanama.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
